This index links to repository-authored course records, examples, tutorials, and technical reading. The separate browser lab is an educational surrogate; its sliders and checkpoints do not execute this repository's native engine.
Current audited native source: e62c0d720aa92273e4b8c9a2b03977ba06045fd2
Browser-lab provenance from the reconciled package: package source revision 1e8eb66a767104cffbb5c7d921228d9f0b6419fd. This is separate from the current native source revision above.
These exact one-line commands were observed in the audited repository workflow records and link to their source location. Expected setup, tool licensing, data, and environment vary by repository; the dashboard does not execute these commands or promise a completion time.

ThermoWeave is an independent MATLAB implementation for exploring how spatially and temporally varying cooling boundaries affect a synthetic multi-cell assembly. Its portable graph core supports deterministic 2-D and 3-D Cartesian lattices without Simscape Battery; an optional adapter is kept behind explicit product, library-policy, and generated-model gates.
README.md
ThermoWeave is a synthetic electrothermal demonstrator. Reproduction means regenerating the same declared scenario, result contract, metrics, and manifests; it does not establish real-cell accuracy, safety, lifetime, or certification.
docs/reproducibility.md
Adaptive spatial electrothermal digital twin for exploring scalar, vectorized, zonal, and coolant-propagation battery boundaries in MATLAB. The portable graph core includes bounded adaptive cooling, seeded fault/variability studies, 31 local tests, and a traceable animated case study.
docs/profile-readme-entry.md
ThermoWeave separates implementation consistency from real-cell validation. The current evidence demonstrates behavior of the independently authored synthetic model; it does not establish predictive accuracy for a physical battery.
docs/validation.md
Pack averages hide the spatial behavior that often drives thermal decisions. A single boundary temperature cannot explain inlet-to-outlet coolant warming, localized restrictions, uneven cell resistance, or a controller acting on zones. The project needed a transparent way to make those effects inspectable without requiring Simscape Battery for the core workflow.
docs/portfolio-case-study.md
These IDs and settings define the synthetic demonstration suite. They are independent of the cited MathWorks example. Every run uses thermoweave.result/v1, records the resolved configuration and scenario hash, and reports normalized energy residual. Thresholds are engineering-demo assumptions, not validated battery limits.
docs/scenarios.md
ThermoWeave is a reproducible, reduced-order model for a synthetic battery-like assembly. Every numerical value in this document is an assumption for software experiments. It is not fitted to a named cell and must not be presented as validated real-cell accuracy.
